1 Definitions

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Registration & KYC

5.2 Withdrawals

5.3 Currency

7 Gameplay Rules & Betting

9 Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the fb7776 Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is owned by or licensed to fb7776 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fb7776 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of any intellectual property rights.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 fb7776 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• Request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Protective suspension pending investigation of a security incident or dispute.

13.2 Upon account termination for cause, fb7776 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance. Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player net of any amounts subject to forfeiture, following completion of any applicable investigation and compliance review.

14 Amendments to These Terms

15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to fb7776's internal dispute resolution process. 15.3 fb7776 will use its best efforts to resolve all disputes within thirty (30) business days of receipt of a written complaint. Disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal process may be escalated to PAGCOR or referred to the appropriate Philippine courts having jurisdiction.
